Parmesan Pike Recipe for Brown Trout

2 Pounds of northern pike fillets

1/3 Cup milk

2 Tsp sea salt

1/2 Cup crushed bread crumbs

1/2 Tsp paprika

1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

Melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Grease a large baking dish.

Mix the salt and milk in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika.

Dip the pike into the milk and salt, and then into the bread crumb mixture, covering the fillet.

Put the covered fillets into the baking dish and pour the melted butter over the pike.

Bake for about 25 minutes. The fish will easily flake when it is ready.

It’s a good one!
