HammerDoc's Shark Dressing Recipe for Sandbar (Brown) Shark

Title: HammerDoc's Shark Dressing
by hammerdoc
Type: Entree
Servings: ~ 3
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 10 min (varies with thickness of shark steak)
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
½ Tsp Mustard Seed (finely ground)
Directions: Combine ingredients well. Put in Ziploc bag and shake with the shark steaks until well covered. Barbecue to taste over subtle wood, preferably pecan or fruit wood.

Will barely cover 1 1/3 lb of shark steaks cut in 3 pieces.
Other Notes: This would probably work well for other shark species as well. I put it under Sand Shark because that is the species we caught and I used this on.
